The target list has 195 countries (193 UN member states plus the Holy See and Palestine). This is a statement of a target list, not a claim of country offices, representation or active operations; realised country counts are reported separately.

Status labels

A status label grants no access or action authority for a product; a record is not authority.

Active: Live at the canonical address and in production by release record; the user flow is open.
Pilot: In production, but with scope limited by owner decision: informational, flag or gate closed.
In development: Code exists in the repository (branch or main) or behind a flag; not released to production.
Planning: A decision, specification or reference record exists; no code.
